Order Processing:

• Due to a high influx of orders, all orders will take 5 weeks to process. Once we clear the backlog, orders will be processed within 24 - 72 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Important Notes on Shipping

• We offer standard shipping options only within the UK at a flat rate of £9 to all destinations.
• Customers shipping to destinations within the UK are exempt from paying VAT and import duties on purchases.
• If you are shopping from outside the UK or USA, your country may charge you import duties & VAT. We have no control over these fees.
• We offer express delivery to every other location outside the UK and delivery periods take 4 - 7 working days
• Shipping rates and shipping timelines to countries outside the UK vary depending on the destination.
• Please note that shipping windows do not include the processing time

Tracking:

• Express shipping orders receive a tracking code immediately after they are shipped.
• Standard shipping orders only get a tracking code when the package reaches the last-mile courier.
